If the provides the personal information, the Company will inform the persona in advance in what purpose the Company use the personal information. In addition, the acquired personal information will not be used beyond the scope of the purpose of use. Those who are interested in joining the Company is requested to submit the application documents in advance, which contain personal information such as job experiences and other personal experiences. These personal information will be utilized for recruitment procedures such as contact and judgment of qualifications and adoption propriety of the applicant. Although the submission of the application form which includes the personal information required is optional, however, if the applicant does not submit such information, it might lead the case that the applicant is not able to proceed to the adopt selection process. 2. Personal information of those who are working for the Company
There are cases that those who are working for the Company is requested to submit the personal information which includes the technology qualifications and skills possessed by the person. These personal information will be utilized for proper placement in the Company.

3. Personal information handled in business of the Company
There are cases that the information acquired through the inquiry or purchase order by the customer or prospects regarding the products or services of the Company will be utilized for inquiries, notices, announcements and proposals by the Company.
