- Q．Is the support service provided only by e-mail?
- A．In order to accurately grasp the situation, support services is provided
using e-mail only.
- Q．If I do not make maintenance contract, you do not provide any support
service？
- A．We provide support service for installation and basic usage of Biz_CAD
in the prescribed period which is defined in the terms and conditions or
purchase contract.
Biz_CAD
- Q. Is there a manual of Biz_CAD?
- A．Yes. The manual of Biz_CAD is bundled in the install kit in HTML format,
which can be called any time from the operation window of Biz_CAD ("Help"
menu).
- Q．When creating the model with Biz_CAD, is it mandatory to create 3 models
of Function Model, Process Model and Organization Model?
- A．You can select the model to create according to the purpose and nature
of the project as follows.
Case 1: In case the project is focusing on the organizational reform, just
Organization Model may be enough. In this case Functional Model and Process
Model is optional.
Case 2: I Case 2: If the organizational reform is out of focus, you can
create just Functional Model and Process Model without Organization Model
However, in this case, please note that the information of related organization
(WHO) is not represented on the model.
Case 3: Process Model is created using the model component defined in Functional
Model. So Functional Model should be created in advance of Process Model,
even though the Function model is just a skeleton.
And also, if you represent the players (WHO) in Process Model, Organization
Modeling may be necessary, even though the Process Model is a model for
As-Is.
Case 4: If you will create just Function Model for the examination of static
model of business, Process Model and Organization Model is not necessary
and optional.
- Q．How can I deliver artifacts created by Biz_CAD to the customer?
- A．There are two ways as follows
1) Request the customer to introduce Biz_CAD with appropriate license,
and then deliver the model database of Biz_CAD to the customer directly.
(Biz_CAD brings the various added-value to the customer’s company. Please
see this page for more details.)
2) Deliver a snapshot of the model image which was created in Biz_CAD.
(In this case, the format of delivered artifacts are similar to the one
created in flowchart and the like.
Please note that you can utilize the feature of Biz_CAD, which enable to
output the model to image to the file like JPEG format.)
- Q．Is it possible to call directly the model image of Biz_CAD from outside
of Biz_CAD?
- Q．Q．Yes, it is possible. You can call the model screen of Biz_CAD by setting
the parameters like model ID number.
This feature of Biz_CAD can be utilized especially when the model is called
by operation manual.
